Durability and life expectancy of your Henshall Hair Extensions
The Henshall Hair range is highly durable and made to withstand repeated use and can last from 4 right up to 18 months! This of course is dependent on a number of important factors, most importantly the aftercare of the hair extensions which has been published in detail in our FAQ section. Other factors include:
- Whether you’re using European or Russian hair
- How the hair has been applied
- The products being using on the hair
- Weather – humidity etc.
- Sport/activity – sweat, friction, physical damage etc.
- Re-taping (e.g. maintenance)
- Colouring / toning
- Heat applied to the extensions
If you experience a quality issue with your Henshall Hair Extensions, you must stop or avoid any of the above that apply, then bring it to our attention (or the hair extension professional that applied them) immediately.
If you are experiencing problems with the hair quality less than 4 months after the delivery date, you can follow the same procedure as above however this may mean that the hair may need to be replaced, re-taped or re-applied as 4 months is an acceptable life-span of the product.
