I confirm I am a trained Hair Extension professional and I am able to deal with my own clients directly. Any communication with Henshall Hair will be done between myself and Henshall Hair. Any communication with my clients will be between myself and my client.

I am professionally trained and certified in hair extensions & know how to deal with or assess any client issues and I have the expertise and knowledge to advise and provide appropriate aftercare for my clients.

I have provided Henshall Hair with details of my Qualifications

I agree that if Henshall Hair decide I am not adequately trained and do not have a correct understanding of Hair Extensions that my wholesale account may be cancelled.
